We asked Legacy Landscapes to redesign our back yard so we could enjoy it more. Mark and his team did a excellent job in meeting our needs. Our back yard is beautiful and we have really enjoyed it.

Legacy Landscapes, Inc. did a major landscape project for us in 2011, and additional work in 2012, that included: Retaining Walls, Re-grading, Drainage, Irrigation, plantings (shrub, trees, and annuals), New sod, Tree cutting and pruning, and some Deck reconfiguring. Mark, Legacy’s owner, was professional and responsive throughout the project – from start to finish. He was accommodating to all of our needs while offering alternative solutions to the issues we were faced with. Legacy may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a quick-fix contractor to patch an existing issue. Legacy does a great job at looking for long-term solutions, while addressing the customer needs, and respecting a budget. They put a lot of work into the planning phase of our project which made the work itself run smoothly, with very little adjustment during the work itself. Mark is a true professional who made multiple trips to our house adjusting the landscape design to account for flower preferences, color schemes, seasonal changes and much more. Mark is patient, knowledgeable, flexible but his work is exacting. Mark holds his crew to very high stadnards and his professionalism has rubbed off on every member of his staff. I interacted with over a dozen individuals over the course of our project and every one was helpful, careful and accomodating. Mark did a major front and back yard renovation for us in 2010. This included a new patio, front and back stone stairs, stone retaining wall, an outdoor fireplace and extensive landscaping. Mark is extremely professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He brings a vision to the project that provides different options based on budget and style. Mark is extremely responsive and immediately answers emails and phone calls. The office staff was also very easy to work with. Tammy provided all quotes (which may need to be changed multiple times based on options) and this was always done in an expedited manner and very professionally. I highly recommend Mark and Legacy Landscape.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark and the Legacy team. Legacy’s work is outstanding. I looked at many different landscape companies before I talked with Mark and decided I had clearly wasted my time talking to the others. I wish I had called Legacy first! My wife and I had a great experience with Legacy Landscape Design. Mark worked closely with us to develop an overall landscape redesign for our front, side and back yards. His flexibility has allowed the project to be done in two phases in order to meet our budgetary constraints. This fall, Mark transformed our front and side yards from an overgrown eyesore to a beautiful space including all new plantings, flagstone steps and two flagstone patio areas. Next fall, he will do the back yard, which will include all new plantings, a large flagstone patio and a water feature.
